I was sent two shipments of coffee back to back, totalling 79.40.(10/6/09) Called and was told to return them and I would receive refund. Called a second time. Called a third time, spoke to Lanette, and Miss Simmons (12/14/09) Was told the same thing. Called today (2/12/09) got "network error repeatedly". Went to company web site and registered for refund.
