Product was offerred as exclusive and free and affiliated with activating by reliacard (debit card for unemployment) there was a 3.95 or 4.95 shipping and handling charge, but nothing else was authorized. transaction for 89.95 is pending and reliacard is unwilling to treat it as unauthorized.
