I am unable to order any items from HSN because my address has been blocked from ordering. Apparently someone else at this address owes HSN a lot of money, and it is their policy to block thae address from ordering to protect themselves. However, I live in an apartment building in NYC with over 70 apts. I gave tthem my apt # to show this. However, while the supervisor I spoke with sympathized with me, he said they would TRY to get the block removed for me, which would take 3 to 5 business days--but could not make any guarantees. I feel that this policy is very strange and quite unfair to those of us living in apts. read full review »
