I booked a Getaway vacation to the Bahamas. Trying to add a meal plan JetBlue charged me $3037.99 for a $1251 meal plan. At the time of the booking the agent failed to inform us of a room rate change or a change in a rebate on the first booking. The agent made us believe the entire cost was the meal plan and only after we arrived at the property did we discover the Bate and Switch by JetBlue. I suggest running away from this company. Their customer service and sales practices are at best misleading. read full review »
