When I purchased this a year ago, it worked off and on for a short time. Often, people on the other end could not hear me and quite often I would have to reboot computer to get it to give me a dial tone. When the service cut out with the little sad face for renewal, I got online to renew, only to be met with some customer service reps from India (judging from their poor grammar and syntax) who said that my "case" was being reviewed and to be patient.
