I went into Hollister in Wesley Chapel, Florida and wanted to exchange a pair of jeans that were defective. I just wanted to get another pair of jeans. The jeans had been worn once and washed, but they were coming apart and I felt that was not indicative of a quality product that costs $72.00. The Manager was not on the premises.
