My vehicles, while legally parked, were involved in a collision by an Infinity Insurance policy holder on December 18, 2009. The accident was caught on a surveillance camera located on the street on the corner of my house. The person that hit my car ran off. The officer that took the report located the person and wrote a report. I contacted Infinity to file a claim and after giving me the run around for eight weeks they sent a letter denying payment of the damages made to both my vehicles.
