This happened to me today. Kevin is not interested in keeping happy customers. My contract didnt expire yet but still wont let me cancel it. Im suppose to give 30 days written notice. The contract was signed 3 years ago ( by my wife) . They assume you will forget that clause in the contract. I wish I dont have to put up with the high price of monitoring for another year. I wish there is another way out of it. There is no Talking sense to Kevin. I can tell by our conversation today he gets that complaint often. He was a little to polished on his excuses.
