Placed order and several items were missing although packing slip claimed they were sent. I was even charged for two bottles of one oil (of which I only ordered one) and only received one. The phone system is a scam. I left a message and got no response. Subsequent calls found the IVR had changed. You can no longer leave a message, you have 3 options and each one takes you to the same message telling you to use their online system and then disconnects you.
