I was searching for Canon printer technical help, and JustAnswer.com kept popping up as though it was a legitimate Canon service. After 4-5 attempts, I thought it was a Canon service, but now I know otherwise. I spent 2 frustrating days trying to get a solution to technical problem, and never did get the problem solved.
