2 Accounts activated, on same day and time. This after site showed an unable to open an account, no emails regarding activation, no refund, no free trial downloads, lost when account "upgraded". No real service, they just repeat standard diatribe, talked with four "reps". They must be making lots of $ from this. Suggest people do the following: File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, which has more clout and could end their underhanded practices.
