My friend and me braved the snowstrom of feb 10th and go to chinatown for a nice warming dinner. So we went to one of the most well lit places called the Honk Kong Golden Pheonix. The food we ordered was so bad that it made me want to throw up on the table. After barely touching our dinner when we asked for the bill, we were presented witha gross overcharged number with chinese letters written all over the bill, explaining nothing.
