I ordered my arrangement Monday February 8th 2010 and expected it to come on Saturday Feb 13th 2010. When I called to confirm that it would be arriving as expected I was either put on hold, or hung up on. I was not able to talk to any representative. Along with bad customer service my arrangement was not shipped on the day it was suppose to be here. I am highly dissapointed with the quality of this franchise and I will not be giving my business to them anymore, nor will I recommend it to anyone! read full review »
