THIS IS A SCAM. We purchased the card for our daughter to use when shopping or eating out. WALMART employees did not represent the card in a legitimate manner and it does not work as represented. This is disappointing and MISLEADING. During the setup of the card I was put on hold several times when told how the card actually works. When I asked about returning the product due to being MISLEAD they stated that the card could not be returned even though it was never used.
