Initial Complaint: Dexclusive shipped me a watch via UPS that I had to return because of a manufaturer recall. I purchased the watch through eBay via Paypal in the amount of $319.00 in December 2008. Dexclusive claims that they shipped the watch via UPS to me to a wrong address in July 2009 and has not yet refunded my money or sent me a replacement watch. Dexclusive claims that UPS has only reimbursed them $100 and they are awaiting the total amount, however, as of this time, I have been defrauded of $319.00.
