Same complaint on Bank of America lack of fire under their asses to process our short sale of almost 1 year! Same information, all documents sent, two arrasials, the whole nine yards. As of April of 09, we have had ( 4 ) buyer's! All but one so far, have gotten sick of waiting for a negoitator to take the file, and send it to the "investors". We are contacting a lawer.
