I have bad experiences with the Stiefel Nicolaus office in Melbourne, Florida. Don't trust them!! The Melbourne, Florida office of Stiefel Nicolaus, including the Manager of that office (Jim Potter) is responsible for losses in my accounts exceeding $250, 000. Mr. Potter and his associates (Brian Laughlin, Brendon McCarthy, and Dennis Laughlin) placed unsuitable and risky investments in my accounts including a fraudulently marketed mutual fund with Morgan Keegan & Company that became nearly worthless.
