We signed a contract with SAI Alarm systems almost four years ago and we were told it was a one year contract, later found out it was for 36 months and they told us our contract ended on May of 09 and to call after that and we could cancel at any time. I called in May of 09 to finally cancel our alarm seeing as it had switched to Castle Rock Security and they have horrible customer service, thank goodness there haven't been any break ins in our area.
