I purchased 3 mattresses from Conn's .One each for my parents and one for myself.Within a month of sleeping on them, the pillow tops started to "break down". They got worse and worse, so I called them.It took 3 months to finally come out to check on them.They used a measuring tape and took pictures.The guy never layed on them to see how deep they sagged.The guy said I would be hearing from them in 2 days.Then 2 weeks went by and no response.Then they said they would replace 2 of them, but the verdict was pending on the 3rd one.
