Tuesday, (3/24) I went into your Branch at Gilbert and Guadalupe to pay overdraft fees and figure out why I wasn't receiving banking notifications. I was already very embarrassed about the situation, and the teller made me feel like I wasn't valued at all. When I asked about the notifications, she automatically assumed I was trying to get out of fees, and proceeded to tell me any errors were mine and my fees were not her problem.
