I ordered a few magazines over a year ago. I never received a single issue. I contacted them about 50 times ever since. They said they had to reprocess the order - blah blah blah...A "supervisor" named Christine promised me a refund which of course I never received. I don't know what to do. At the moment it seems to be impossible to get a customer representative on the line. Has their ship left earth? read full review »
