I have one of the recalls (Camary) I phoned the Mall of Georgia store to set up an appointment. I was transferred to the Service Dept., where I was agained transferred to a person to set up the appointment. I believe the peron was Jennifer, well she wasn't at her desk and was told to leave my name and phone number and I would receive a return call. I never received a call, so after several days I called again, again receiving the same information but this time I was transferred to Norma, which naturally was not able to answer the phone... read full review »
