I have invested in La Hoya Bay Residence, Al Marjan Island Project in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) in the UAE. RAKIA, the state controlled construction company is the master developer responsible to deliver the apartments to investors. So far, they are unable to settle legal issues with a private developer "Frank Khoie". Investors are held hostage here. RAKIA can't be trusted. Their leader Sheikh "Ass" can't be trusted either. The sheikh better sit on the top of Burj Khalifa on his tight ass. There is no freaking accountability nor a sense of urgency. This seems to be the norm in RAK. read full review »

Charan Homes/residential homes

Charan Homes is a Bangalore based residential construction company. In the past they were able to build and deliver flats to both end users as well as investors. For the past two years, they have been taking deposit and not delivering apartments. The response from them is very little. I have lost Rs. 10 lakhs. I am planning on filing a lawsuit in India against the owner Mr. Satyanaraya Reddy Kalluri, M.D of Charan Homes. He seems to be absconding from arrest warrant. He also has abandoned a project in Chennai and Hyderabad and closing down offices there. He also does business in Tirupati. ********INVESTORS BEWARE********** read full review »
