I have been a Dish Customer for about 8 years. The first 6 were not bad, a couple of issues, but resolved to my satisifaction. The nightmares started 11-08 when my wife asked to the ability to record TV programs. I updated to a new receiver with record function, as well as upping service to include HD reception. These changes resulted in increasing my monthly account to a little over 90.00 a month. I was to get HBO and Encore for 90 days free, HA HA. I was charged for these after 30 days.
