My wife purchased a hat for me for a Christmas present from this store online. The first hat sent was the wrong size. A month after contacting them, I was sent a replacement hat that was STILL the wrong size. By this time it was February. I then asked to return the hat for a refund. I have not heard back from them since. It has been almost another month. In the meantime I purchased another hat through Amazon that came within a week and was the correct size. read full review »
