American E-Voice has been charging my mother's phone bill since August 2009 stating she signed up for it via their website. You are talking about an 80 year old who is legally blind. The chances of her visiting a website are very slim to NONE! This is a scam company and when I called them they wouldn't even offer to refund my mother the money until I spoke to a supervisor. Would still like to know how they got her information. They bill by phone number only, no address involved so they have no clue. They can bill any phone number they want.
