Kiyoseki is the absolute worst product..it does straighten your hair so long as you can get the straightner to work. I have had 2 faulty ones..I bought the 2 year warranty, and called in October of 2009 for replacement and was told it was on back order..called back a month later, same senerio..kept calling and in January 2010 was told my order had been cancelled., by me! After I had waited 3 months for a warrantied product!! I re-ordered..Again..It is now nearing the end of Feburuary and I still have no replacement and am being told its on... read full review »
