They offer a "free" hand vac when ordering the product, just pay for shipping and handling. When I got confirmation of my order, I noticed 2 "free" vacs with $20 EACH for shipping. I contact the company numerous times and they said there is nothing they can do since the vac was "free". They refuse to provide a phone number, probably because their original product (fixitwood) does not work. read full review »
