We purchased a Ford Mustang in 2005, and financed it through Chase Auto Finance. We were never late on a payment until this past spring when we both had our hours cut at work. When we got behind by a couple of weeks, the calls started, 5 to 7 a day. Even if we made our payment, they would call every day. We asked to have the 'late' payment placed at the end of our loan.
