In October 2008 my father and I had planned a trip to California but due to my father hurting his back we were not able to go. I was under the impression that the insurance purchased through Expedia would cover this. But apparently that was wrong. The insurance purchased was only good for one year from the date of purchase. Needless to say due to my job in the military we were not able to go on the trip within 12 months. I would really appreciate it if you could give us credit for those tickets.
