I received my AT&T phone/internet bill this month and noticed a charge of $14.95 from OAN Services for "ACCESS SAVINGS, LLC-Voicmail Mth Fee!! The account was supposedly set up from an internet contact, but the email address on file was not mine and the service address was not either and did not match my billing address! The representative who answered at the contact number was nice enough and offered to cancel the account and offered a refund that should take "1-3 billing cycles" to show up. I guess we will see. I plan to complain on-line to AT&T customer service also. read full review »
