Stay away from this Vendor!!! The worst customer experience that I have ever had. I attempted to cancel my order immediately after I placed it realizing that I purchased the wrong item. I was only able to contact them by email. I was informed that it was too late to cancel (immediately after ordering). And I had to refuse delivery or return it after it was delivered. I returned it after it was dropped off at my home by FedEx. They charged me 20% of the total for their so called "restocking fee" and this is their response to me;... read full review »
