We canceled our Charter cable, and we paid our bill with auto pay. After we canceled they took and extra payment out of our account. That was Oct 7th 2009, and we still havn't gotten out money back. I called 3 times and everytime I called they said it would be processed. In Jan I started stopping at their office, I've been there 3 times, and I'm always told it will be another 3 weeks. If I took this amount of money from anyone I would get arrested, Why is it ok for a company to take money from my account ? If I am late... read full review »
