I have several KENMORE products with warranties. Our fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer set. Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. I had to schedule out a week, due to my work schedule conflicted. The service dept gave me a time frame of 8-5pm on Monday 15th. What kind of time frame is that.. So fast forwarding..
