My loan was sold to Midland and ever since it has been extremely difficult to get them to reimburse me from my reserve account. According to my agreement they are supposed to reimburse me within 15 business days of my request. They continually lose things causing me to resubmitt, or challenge me on items that my original lendre reimbursed me for. I feel the are withholding the monies to their benefit.
