I had a credit card with Bank of America and carried a balance. I purchased, from Bank of America's website account insurance to take care of this debt incase of involuntary unemployment or disability. I suffered a disabling injury in Oct. 2008 and filed with the insurance company that Bank of America owns. They repeatedly denied my claim. I have been declared permanently disabled for a year by the Social Security Adminstration as my arm is not likely to grow back.
