I ordered my item in August of 2009 and they "say" that the item was shipped and delivered. However, there is no proof of this. They referred me several times to file a claim with FedEx but only the shipper can file a missing package claim. Everytime I call customer care, they tell me that there is nothing that they can do for me and they won't refund my initial payment of the $50. They keep mailing me collection letters, but every time I call and mail letters back, I get no response. Update: On Jan 25th, I've contacted my lawyer to get them to help me get my $50 back and to remove any bad credit rating. read full review »
