I went online and applied for an in-home free estimate for carpet. They called me to follow up. Long story short, even though the advertisement says "next day" it is not. I called on Monday and asked for an appointment on Tuesday. Takara, the "customer services" representative said there we're not any appointments, I said thank you and hung up.
