Brandsmart would not let me in the store because I was listening to an mp3 player (with headphones). I was walking into the Brandsmart in Deerfield, Florida and the customer service representative stopped me because I was wearing an mp3 player. She said that I was not allowed to go into the store with an mp3 player, that I had to put it in my pocket and that this was the store policy. That is the most bizarre thing I ever heard.
