We spent the last year working with Wells Fargo on refinancing our second home to help put us in a better financial state. We met all the conditions they required. We were just simply told by the lender that they would not do the refi. We could not of had better credit, background and financials. We feel that they just did not want to loan the money at this low interest rate at this time. So much for the Obama admin telling people to get their finances in order and make good decisions.
