On Friday February 12, 2010 I had scheduled an appointment online for Saturday February 13, 2010 @ 7:00pm. When I got to the portrait studio I noticed that they were closed and the representative was standing there counting down her drawer. It took her about 2 min to actually look up and see what it was that I wanted When I told her that I had an appointment at 7 she said that I had a 10 minute grace period which I did get there before my grace peiod expired.
