Purchased 4 Seat Leather chair and glass dining room set on layaway plan when merchant delivered goods in Dec.2009 two of the four leather chairs were damaged/torn. I contacted the store immediately and was told the replacement chair would be delivered in 14 days, now 2 months later I am still chasing down my replacements. After seeking legal counsel I was told to fully inspect the merchandise and discovered another leather chair torn beneath the seat. Paid in full I expected to receive NEW ITEMS not DAMAGED, the store is not accepting responsibility but yet have cashed my checks over 2 months ago. read full review »
