I signed up for double minutes for life in 2007. Today when I added minutes to my phone they were not doubled. I spent 3 hours on the phone with one supervisor after another. In the end they denied that I had ever signed up for the double minutes for life and when I tried to correct that by signing up and having the minutes I had added this morning doubled they refused to allow me to do that.
