Bought money card for 3 dollars put 60.00 on card used 2 times and was declined 29.99 each time. Called company they said they do not have money the bank does bank says they do not. This is a rip off, One day I call they say it will be in there in 72 hous it never gets put back in my account, they will not send me a statement of this transaction or anything.
