Bank of America sucks! I've been trying to get a hold of someone to answer a question about my home mortgage loan and why they made changes to it without my authorization and I am yet to get to the right person to answer me. Every time I call, I am kept on hold for 20-30 minutes only to be told that it's not the right dept. and they need to transfer me, and then I hold for another 20-30 minutes.
