I have been waiting for a part for my Nordiac track treadmill for five months now. I talked to two supervisors one by the name of Brian and they assured me that they try to get me the part and if not they would credit me for a new treadmill. I have been very patient but five months is too long to wait for a treadmill repair and they donot want to credit me for a new treadmill.
