Cricket has the worst customer service EVER!!! I sent their corporate office an email on December 11, 2008, it is now January 30, 2009 and I have not heard from them. I was charged for ring back tones which I never ordered and my text messages dont work half the time. Cricket is the biggest rip off! The wont credit my account until the issue is resolved but yet they wont resolve the issue. I have been a cricket customer for 2 years and they do not care about their customers ever.
