Received letter today, 2/16/2010 announcing me as a National Promotion winner with ID and Filed and On Record confirmation amount. It says this is Real and Actual and they're so excited about my being a winner. They ask for a check of $19.99 as the Award Payment Data Release fee...one time only fee.
