I have flown JetBlue a few times and on all previous occasions the experience has been very good. However, in this most recent case, when my flight from JFK was canceled, they had a very difficult time handling what should be fairly routine occurrences, like canceled flights or schedule changes, and the so-called supervisors were very rude and curt.
