Run Local Locksmith gave me the WORST customer service experience in my life. They do NOT keep their word and they charge MUCH MUCH MORE than the low fee they deceptively advertise. Workers are rude, insulting to the point of being abusive. After replacing my front door lock and handle, and paying $271 the technician said he could not rekey the lock that night because he was too busy, but that he would come back free of charge. After countless calls and FOUR NO SHOWS after an appointment was made, they still have not rekeyed the lock and they INSIST I pay for the rekeying even thought their website says rekeying is free with service. read full review »
